Agreement
These terms apply to thecatalyst.co, The Vault (dashboard.thecatalyst.co), our community and our content (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Education, not advice
The Catalyst provides trading education and research tools. Nothing in the Services is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and trading involves substantial risk of loss. Our full Legal Disclaimer and risk disclosure form part of these terms.
Memberships
Memberships are sold and billed through Whop under Whop's own terms. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use The Vault and our community for as long as it is active. Cancellation and refunds are handled through Whop.
Acceptable use
Do not share your login, resell or redistribute content from The Vault or the community, scrape or copy the Services in bulk, interfere with their operation, or use them to break the law or harass anyone. We may suspend or end access for anyone who does.
Our content
The Services and their content, including The Vault's data, analysis, videos and branding, belong to The Catalyst or its licensors. You may use them for your own learning while your access lasts.
Our social media and posting tools
We publish clips of our own streams to our own accounts on TikTok, YouTube and Instagram using our internal tool, Catalyst Clips, through each platform's official API and under each platform's terms. How that tool handles data is described in our Privacy Policy.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness or availability of any data. To the fullest extent the law allows, The Catalyst is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Services or any trading decision you make, as set out in our Legal Disclaimer.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept it.
